Joshua Barton, M.D. is a general surgeon specializing in hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) and advanced GI surgery. He is one of a very select few HPB fellowship trained surgeons in the entire north Texas region. Dr. Barton completed his fellowship training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a partner in Surgical Associates, one of the premiere and longest-standing surgical groups in Dallas. Through Surgical Associates, Dr. Barton directs Dallas Hernia and Texas Pancreatic. His practice is located at Dallas Methodist Medical Center which offers a broad array of gastroenterology, radiology, and oncology services.
